Terms & Conditions of Booking

All accommodation offered IS available at the time of payment, and at the quoted tariffs.

Accounts must be paid in full on arrival, cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors on an authorised signatory.

In the event of cancellation, and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name appears on this receipt will be liable to pay for the total cost, less an allowance for food and service.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but may be credited towards any re-arranged holiday.

If payment has been made using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above.

 

Support for the Mobility Impaired.

Owing to the age and structure of the guest house it does not readily lend itself to alteration.  Entering the premisis to the hallway and from there to the lounge and dining room on the ground floor would present little problem.  However there are sixteen steps to the 1st floor and a further fourteen steps to the 2nd floor.  We dont exclude anyone with any type of disability and will assist any person we can, provided they are aware of our structual limitations.  We also invite the disabled to contact us to disguss their requirements or suggestions to make their stay possible.
