Blackpool Illuminations

Apart from being the biggest and most famous holiday resort in Europe, Blackpools crowing glory of the summer season lies in its presentation of the autumn illuminations.

This spectacular, fantastic, magical sight, can be seen along six miles of the promenade, transforming the darkness into incandescent splendour. From its wonderful illuminated trams, firework displays and laser technology, the illuminations attract millions of visitors each year, at a time when most resorts have closed down.

The Golden Sands competitive tariffs for the illuminations are based on either Friday to Monday (3 days), or Monday to Friday (4 days). Occasionally, Fridays to Sundays available.
